It’s October 1st and that can only mean that October Oddness 2009 is here.  We will begin rolling out podcasts and blog posts throughout the month and are adding Halloween theme Haiku’s, costume ideas and a listing of haunted houses. We’ll also be importing previous years’ podcasts in order to provide a one stop location to listen to everything.

With that said, we need interaction from you, our readers and listeners.  We are looking for the following:

• Ghost Stories (original, urban legends, etc)
• Original Halloween themed poems, Haiku or otherwise

• Fill a bag with doggy-doo…and a tracking device. Call the cops and report your doggy-doo stolen.
• Fill a bag with rotten meat and eggs…underneath some legit “treats” of course.
• Fill a bag with reptiles, rodents and/or spiders. Everyone loves reptiles, rodents and spiders.
• Fill a bag with real candy…that you’ve given a voyage in the toilet.
• Fill a bag with used underwear from the thrift store. And make sure it looks really used.

• Aries – Your lack of candy could test people, but they have all the toilet paper they require.
